Seminar invitation

Dear Teachers of English:

We are glad to invite you to participate as a presenter in the 2nd Seminar on Innovative and Successful Teaching in the EFL Class: "Teaching at all levels", to be held on September 28 at Universidad Arturo Prat.

Our aim is to share the best teaching activities that local teachers of English have tried and used in his/her classes to help students learn English effectively. The audience will be mainly colleagues and upper level college students who, the same as you, value professional improvement and creativity in our profession.

Please consider the following:
- Every presenter should submit a 300 word summary of the presentation by June 29th. Include, Your full name, Title of the presentation, The purpose of the activity, A brief description of the activity, Implications and conclusion.

- The Organizing Committee will review all summaries submitted and will inform you about the Seminar schedule for presentations by July 31st.

- Once your proposal is accepted, you must send your Power Point presentation to: mtrillo@unap.cl, the limit is 10 megabytes.

- All the selected presentations will be shown by the authors during fifteen minutes, with additional five minutes for questions. They will be compiled in a CD to be given to those who attend the seminar.

Along with the presentations, we will have a lecture or workshop given by a keynote speaker.

We look forward to hearing from you and will be more than glad to answer any question you may have about participation in this seminar. In case you would like to attend and be informed about your colleagues' work and main conference that is also possible. For those who only wish to attend the seminar, the registration deadline is September 25th.
